Elemento records is an artistic collective based in Rennes, Brittany composed by 99.9% of women. The label is guided by values like women valorisation, inclusion, empowerment and sharing. The finality of this project is to give the opportunity at the artists to produce content and perform in a safe space, where sexism doesn't exist. Overall, we want to fight together for gender équality.
